Dan is a fourth generation farmer in the Forbes District. Together with his wife Nadine, Dan runs a mixed farming enterprise comprised of Merino sheep, Shorthorn cattle, winter cropping, and irrigation.
Dan studied System Agriculture at the University of Western Sydney – Hawkesbury where he gained his degree.
Dan has been on the CWFS committee since 2017. He has also been involved in several other organisations including Jemalong Irrigation Ltd & Wirrinya Silo Committee. Currently, he is on the committee of the Lake Cowal Foundation, and Chairman of two separate Stock & Domestic Bore Water Schemes.
Dan is passionate about the sustainability of both farming and the local community.
